JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES• Oversee and manage projects with limited oversight from senior staff.• Project management of remediation and reconstruction of mold, asbestos, lead, water, fire, and smoke.• Source suppliers best equipped for project scope of work.• Collect and analyze supplier quotes.• Ability to manage 2 or more projects at once.• Beginning understanding of Xactimate, Simbility, T&M, and other cost proposal formats.• Complete customer proposals with strong oversight from senior staff.• Thorough understanding of IH assessments and testing results.• Complete understanding of systems and processes.• Complete understanding of customer specific expectations and procedures.• Job shadow project managers on more complex project scopes of work.• Technical understanding of scope of work, best practices, and change orders.• Develop supplier authorizations with detailed scope of work and NTE's.• Proficient understanding of cost, revenue, margin enhancement opportunities, and standard market pricing. SKILLS• Strong customer services skills. Highly responsive internally and externally.• Excels in a team atmosphere by collaborating, being committed to each other's success, and making improvement suggestions.• Detail orientated including keeping detailed notes and job files.• Self driven while still highly coachable and open to constructive criticism.• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.• Proficient understanding of cost, revenue and gross margins.• Willingness to learn and grow knowledge through experience within the role.• Focus on active listening for problem solving and solution-based responses.
