About the role

WANTED: A GRAPHIC DESIGNER WHO WANTS THEIR WORK SEEN BY THE WORLD.Your ideas. Real products. Shipped to 70+ countries. Most early-career design jobs mean resizing banners and waiting years for someone to trust you with something real. This isn’t that. At Rupt, you’ll sketch an idea on Monday and watch it turn into a jacket, a pair of shoes or a collection that ends up on people in Tokyo, London and Los Angeles. Your designs won’t sit in a portfolio. They’ll be worn, carried, gifted and photographed all over the world. We’re Rupt. And we’re just getting started. We started in 2024 and immediately started doing things differently: fully custom products with a 1-piece minimum, recycled materials, packaging that gets a second life, and global manufacturing that turns ideas into real products fast. Now we’re pushing into retail, DTC, apparel and footwear, brand collaborations and private-label collections. We’re building a brand people recognize without seeing the logo. You’ll help make it. What you’ll actually doDesign apparel graphics, jackets, shoes, packaging and collections that go into production, not into a drawer Create work for Rupt and for brands we partner with, from startups to names you know Learn the craft behind physical products: screen print, embroidery, patches, woven labels and full custom Take customer ideas and make them way better than they imagined Pitch your own ideas. If they’re good, we’ll make them. You’re probably our person if...You have 0 to 3 years of experience, or you’re fresh out of school with a sick portfolio that makes people stop scrolling You’re fast and fluent in Illustrator and Photoshop You obsess over type, color and the tiny details nobody else notices You get way too excited about apparel, sneakers, merch and anything you can hold or wear You take feedback as fuel, not an insult You’d still be making cool stuff even if nobody paid you toWho shouldn’t apply If you want to coast, this isn’t your job. If you need someone holding your hand to finish a project, this isn’t your job. If your portfolio looks like it came from typing prompts into an image generator, we’re probably not going to get along. The details Fully remote, full-time Pay based on experience A small, fast team where your work gets seen, used and credited How to get our attention Skip the cover letter. /graphic-designer and show us your portfolio, the project you’re most proud of and why, three brands you love, and a little about you. MAKE THE WORK. SEE IT IN THE WILD.Rupt is an equal opportunity employer.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
