We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle operations and drive consistent growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with a high-performing automotive organization, such as CarMax, and strong expertise in: Vehicle acquisition and appraisal Inventory merchandising and presentation Used vehicle pricing and market analysis Inventory management and turn Overall used car operations Structuring deals and closing customers The Used Car Manager will oversee all aspects of the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle department, including inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning. This position will also work closely with the sales team to structure deals, overcome customer objections, and close sales. We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader who can maximize inventory profitability, maintain appropriate inventory levels, control reconditioning costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
