About the role

Our client, a leading investment management company, is hiring a Divisional Data Administrator! This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC, Scottsdale, AZ, or Malvern, PA!*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits! *In this role, you will help protect client information by researching and investigating potential privacy incidents, identifying risks, and working with different teams to resolve issues. You will also help maintain privacy procedures, respond to inquiries, and support compliance with privacy regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Research, investigate, and resolve potential privacy incidents, including analyzing reports and escalating complex issues
  • Assess potential control failures and collaborate with business partners to correct high-risk scenarios
  • Prepare privacy incident correspondence and respond to routine privacy inquiries while following Global and Legal Privacy guidance
  • Monitor regulatory procedures and changes while supporting privacy incident prevention, awareness, and training
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of data privacy experience
  • Must have series 7 and series 63 certification
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Personal Wealth processes and systems knowledge
