About the role

To support strategic workforce planning, the full-time Senior Workforce Analyst will build and manage workforce models that drive hiring and organizational design decisions while providing real-time updates to senior leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and refine workforce models that align capacity with business demand drivers Serve as the single source of truth for workforce planning updates, maintaining real-time visibility of hiring progress and personnel risks Support HR and leadership in translating workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies and pipeline management Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in workforce planning models and analytics within mid to enterprise-sized organizations Demonstrated ability to build capacity models that account for variability in workload Experience modeling workload at the individual contributor level, ideally in account management roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
