About the role
Thuma is seeking a talented Training and Education lead to centralize learning, build onboarding, and support product launches across retail, interior design, and trade education. You will partner with store leaders to close skill gaps and measure impact on confidence and performance. You will develop coaching programs for Store Managers, translate product details into clear guidance, and collaborate with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail Ops to align launches and communications.
