About the role

Claremont United Methodist Church seeks a Director of Choirs to lead our sacred music program, aligning hymns and repertoire with lectionary themes and the weekly sermon series. You'll direct the Sanctuary Choir, children’s and youth ensembles, and handbells, coordinate rehearsals, and collaborate with pastors and the worship team. The role is 10–15 hours weekly, hourly compensation, and part-time status. We value inclusive theology and invite new members to participate.
