About the role

Inside Sales Representative Client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer accounts, drive sales growth, support existing customers, and onboard new accounts. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining customer accounts and CRM records, handling customer inquiries, orders, equipment service, billing issues, and delivery claims. Proactive sales and customer support calls, identifying sales opportunities, growing existing accounts, qualifying and converting leads through CRM, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking KPIs, sales activities, and portfolio performance, preparing weekly/monthly sales and activity reports, supporting new account setup and onboarding, and participating in team meetings with occasional business travel.
Requirements include: 2+ years of experience in sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management, strong verbal and written communication skills, intermediate Excel skills and experience with Outlook, CRM experience with strong attention to detail, and customer-focused with strong sales and problem-solving skills.
