Expert Automation & Robotics Programmer📍 Location: Everett, WA/ Auburn, WA
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Automation & Robotics Programmer to support manufacturing and production engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial robotics, automation systems, CNC programming, and high-speed machining within a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support robotic and automation programming solutions for manufacturing operations. Program and optimize ABB, FANUC, and KUKA robotic systems and robotic work cells. Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to support production requirements. Implement and maintain CNC/NC programming and machining processes. Support CAD/CAM applications and manufacturing software tools. Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements. Train and mentor team members on automation and robotic technologies.
Required Qualifications:
9+ years of experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing engineering, or CNC programming. Experience with high-speed machining in a production environment. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming and automation systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ABB Robot Studio, FANUC, and KUKA robots. Knowledge of CATIA, MasterCAM, Vericut, CENIT, or similar CAD/CAM tools. Shop-floor machining or robotic programming experience. Automation or robotics certifications. Experience with 3D modeling and manufacturing process optimization.
