About the role
Leading the technical direction of an analytics platform, the full-time remote Lead Engineer, Analytics Platform will manage full stack product development, embed AI capabilities into analytics products, and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Lead design and development across the stack, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of AWS-based analytics solutions
Identify opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into analytics products, partnering with data scientists to transition models into production
Support and mentor a team of engineers, establishing best practices for code quality and delivery processes
Required qualifications:
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development
3+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers
Demonstrated experience applying AI or machine learning in production analytics products
Strong front end skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React, along with back end skills in Python
Working knowledge of core AWS services relevant to data and analytics
