About the role
To support dialer operations for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Loan Origination Outreach, the full-time Senior Dialer Analyst will manage daily operations, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily dialer operations, ensuring timely campaign starts and efficiency targets are met
Create and maintain dashboards to track metrics and analyze dialer performance for improvement recommendations
Ensure compliance with dialing regulations and partner with stakeholders to establish control inventories and workflows
Required qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced collections call center environment
Knowledge of outbound collection regulations (FDCPA, Reg F, TCPA, and state laws)
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, with experience in Tableau or similar tools preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with risk data, reporting, and analysis in highly-matrixed environments
