About the role

Mortenson offers a summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience from day one, working with project teams to keep initiatives moving. You will help solve real problems, stay organized, communicate across teams, and build a foundation for your career while contributing to meaningful projects. The program runs May–August 2027, with opportunities to learn from the i 4 Innovation Team and develop skills in research, planning, and collaboration. A competitive hourly wage applies.
