Endeavor Health is hiring a Chaplain for Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This per diem role requires availability for weekend day and night shifts, with hours 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am including holidays. The Chaplain will provide timely, person-centered spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, and may serve as a backup to other chaplains to ensure 24/7 coverage. Strong collaboration and ethics compliance are expected.
