About the role

About the firm: A private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle-market businesses with strong fundamentals and meaningful growth potential. The team partners closely with management and founders, providing both capital and strategic support to help businesses scale, improve operations, and reach their next stage of growth. The firm takes a long-term, hands-on approach and looks for opportunities where it can create meaningful value beyond simply providing capital.
About the role: Evaluate new investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, and initial underwriting. Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases. Lead due diligence across financial, operational, commercial, and industry-specific workstreams. Work closely with management teams, advisors, and lenders throughout the transaction process. Support portfolio companies post-close through performance tracking, strategic initiatives, and value creation efforts.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
