About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning Systems & Enablement to lead the design and delivery of advanced learning solutions across the enterprise. This remote role partners with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence to align talent development with performance processes, while managing end-to-end projects and driving data-informed improvements. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, 7–10+ years in HR/Learning, and strong analytical and leadership abilities.
