What You'll Do: Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters' needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact
What We're Looking For: Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality Assertive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends Valid Wisconsin driver's license
