Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Probate Paralegal to work in Lewisville. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of Texas probate experience and be comfortable managing probate matters from initial intake through final closing under the supervision of a licensed Texas attorney. This position requires strong knowledge of Texas probate procedures, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other professionals.
