A strong emphasis on community and family means you'll have the chance to engage with your community in your work here at Abonmarche, through our volunteer and philanthropic programs and within a culture of supportive work-life balance.Abonmarche is seeking a Project Manager in our South Bend, IN office.Responsibilities & Duties: The Project Manager is responsible for being the clients project champion and partner at Abonmarche and ensuring the Clients goals and schedules are met while coordinating with Abonmarche staff and schedules in a profitable manner.Prepares proposals, contracts, and subcontractsEstablishes project deadlines and tracks progress and follow up on all aspects of a project (deadline, permits, etc.) as well as provides weekly and/or monthly status reportsLeads kick off meetings, progress meetings, and client meetingsWorks with Business Development to identify, evaluate and pursue opportunitiesWorks with team members as well as other technical staff to establish team roles, project schedule, and budget for new projectsMonitors project budgets and scope of workReviews plans, reports and other work product to confirm that they meet the clients needsQualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana5+ years of experience in civil engineeringExperience in a project manager role for any of the following types of projects is preferred: municipal, roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, site design for residential, commercial, educational, and industrial projectsSelf-motivated and able to work independently or with a teamGood verbal and written skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Suite programsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledDepartment:South Bend EngineeringLocation:South Bend, INSalary:$0 - $0
