🚨 We're Hiring: Assistant Dispatch Controller | Fort Lauderdale, FLAre you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, requests, and daily operations? We’re looking for an Assistant Dispatch Controller to support daily facilities and operational services in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and process work orders from start to completion• Respond to urgent and emergency service requests• Communicate with customers, technicians, building managers, and external vendors• Assign and distribute work orders to the appropriate teams or vendors• Review completed work and update/close work orders in the system• Schedule passenger vans and executive vehicles• Provide timely and professional customer service• Handle a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy🔹 What We’re Looking For✔️ 1+ year of experience in dispatch, phone operations, data entry, customer service, or a related role✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills✔️ Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills✔️ Ability to remain calm and make decisions during urgent situations✔️ Comfortable handling high volumes of requests and transactions✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent📍 Location: Fort Lauderdale-Davie, FL🏢 Work Arrangement: Full-time, On-site If you’re looking for an opportunity where your organization, communication, and coordination skills can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!📩 Interested?
