About the role

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a Technician Trainee who will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician. The program includes hands-on and classroom instruction, leading to Safelite SafeTech certification and skills for repairs, replacements, and recalibrations. You will learn to observe and assist with installations, recalibrate safety systems, and operate tools and company vehicles. Starting pay is $25.50/hour with increases after training; potential growth to Senior/Master Tech
