The Opportunity: Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-profile financial entrepreneur within a leading global investment firm. With flagship offices in London and Manhattan, together with an established international office network, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment supporting a dynamic Principal across both business and personal affairs. Based in Manhattan, you will work closely with the London Family Office, acting as a key point of coordination between the Principal, senior executives, advisers, finance, legal, property and household teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of priorities across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-class executive and personal support to the Principal. Manage complex international diaries, meetings and correspondence across multiple time zones. Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, itineraries and lifestyle arrangements. Build strong relationships with the London Family Office and key internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with household staff, property managers and service providers across multiple residences. Support property, art and interiors projects, supplier management and special requests. Maintain accurate records, budgets and documentation, working closely with Finance where required. Conduct research, negotiate with suppliers and oversee a variety of business and personal projects. Provide occasional out-of-hours support as business needs require.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be graduate calibre with at least five years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or within a Family Office or Private Office environment. You will have experience supporting a high-profile financial entrepreneur, senior executive or UHNW Principal, together with extensive experience liaising with a London Family Office. You will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, absolute discretion, excellent judgement and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail and knowledge of New York's luxury services and logistics are highly desirable. Flexibility to provide support outside standard business hours is essential.
