About the role
Attncapital Creative Strategist Remote • Full-Time • Reports to Creative Director01 THE ROLEAttncapital runs performance advertising campaigns for advertisers through editorial publisher handles, and we are scaling aggressively. Growth for our advertiser partners depends on a constant, high-volume supply of net-new creative. The Creative Strategist owns that supply. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently read what's working (and what isn't) across our highest-priority ad accounts, and translate that analysis into new creative assets. You won’t just react to requests, you’ll generate the next creative angle before anyone asks for it.02 WHAT YOU WILL OWN– Creative performance analysis. Review our highest-priority ad accounts and independently assess what creative is working, what isn't, and why.– Net-new asset development. Build new creative assets based on your own analysis — you are a source of new ideas, not just an executor of others'.– Cross-functional translation. Work directly with Account Strategy and media buyers to translate their requests into briefs specific enough for our creative director and production freelancers to execute without back-and-forth.– Production prioritization. Prioritize the production queue and drive a real sense of urgency — creative velocity is a competitive advantage here.– Creative reporting & tooling. Help build or integrate creative analysis tooling so account teams get ongoing, structured creative insight.03 WHO YOU ARE– A data-to-creative translator. You're comfortable turning performance results and metrics into concrete, actionable creative hypotheses.– A strong conceptual thinker. You have a proven track record of consistently generating net-new creative angles — not just iterating on what already exists.– Fluent in UGC and native formats. You have a deep understanding of UGC and native paid-social ad formats and what makes them convert.– A strong writer. You have strong copywriting and scriptwriting ability — you can write the hook, not just brief someone else to.– A clear communicator. You have strong communication and creative briefing skills, and can turn a strategist's or media buyer's request into direction specific enough for creative and production to run with.– Tool-fluent. You're familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google/YouTube ad environments, third-party reporting and analysis tools, and AI platforms. Basic Figma/design literacy is a plus.04 LOGISTICS

Creative Director.05 HOW WE OPERATE — OUR CORE VALUESOur values are not decorative. They describe how we work, who we hire, and who succeeds here. We expect this role to embody them and to reinforce them in every piece of creative we ship. Lead by Example — We set the standard through our own work. We do not ask of others what we are not already doing ourselves, and we earn credibility by delivering. Laser Focus — We concentrate our energy on what matters most. We cut through noise, prioritize ruthlessly, and see the highest-value work through to completion. Step on the Gas — We move with urgency and bias toward action. Speed is a competitive advantage, and we do not wait for perfect conditions to make progress. Total Victory — We play to win outright. We hold ourselves to outcomes, not effort, and we are not satisfied until the result is unmistakable.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
