Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Float Jacksonville, FL We re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Float who wants a predictable weekday schedule, variety in their workday, and the stability of an established physician-led primary care organization. You ll step into an outpatient role focused exclusively on adult primary care, providing coverage across established Jacksonville-area clinics. You ll manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness visits, medications, diagnostics, and referrals with support from a multidisciplinary care team.
