Typical duties include: verifying identities, witnessing signatures, certifying documents, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and providing expertise.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.Notary Public commission.Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.PREFERRED:Insights from prior work in legal or financial fields, as well as skills in customer service to enhance client interactions.Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication in diverse communities, mastery of notarization technology for efficiency, and legal or paralegal knowledge for deeper document understanding.Good reviews from previous clients demonstrate professionalism and reliability.JOB REQUIREMENTS:High-speed Internet connection.
