This is a stable, long-term role managing commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with other trades to prevent conflicts and delays, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will split your time roughly 70/30 between office and site, acting as a hands-on leader for the field team while keeping control of schedules, quality and client expectations. This role would suit someone from a commercial electrical background who wants more responsibility, autonomy and a clear path to building and leading a larger team over time.
