About the role

Insomnia Cookies is seeking an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager to work side-by-side with the Bakery Operations Manager. You’ll help build an energized, well-trained team, deliver great guest experiences, and keep the bakery running at its best. You’ll coach Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew, assist with recruiting, onboarding and training, and manage schedules, labor, inventory, and product rotation. This role offers learning, growth, and a path to running a bakery of your own. #J-18808-Ljbffr
