About the role
Relativity is hiring an Employee Relations Specialist who will act as a trusted advisor and expert on complex workplace issues. The Senior Employee Relations Specialist will lead end-to-end investigations, ensure legally defensible findings, and partner with Legal and senior leaders to strengthen organizational health. The role requires handling high-risk cases, advising managers, and steering ER governance across regions with a focus on fair processes and scalable playbooks.
