About the role

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Principal to lead DERMS capability within the Energy & Utilities practice in the United States. This role combines DERMS expertise, grid modernization, and strong client leadership to define and deliver DERMS-enabled transformation from strategy through implementation. You will engage with utility executives, shape end-to-end DERMS programs, and grow the DERMS practice across grid and IT/OT domains in a high-growth environment.
