Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Beaumont, CA. The role involves responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels, providing accurate information about products or services, and resolving issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will document interactions, update customer records, and follow established procedures to ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction. The position also includes coordinating with other stakeholders as needed, identifying patterns in customer feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires maintaining a courteous, patient, and solution-focused approach in all interactions.
Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Ability to contribute to strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication and follow-through. Experience or familiarity with Customer Service Representative responsibilities in face-to-face and phone-based interactions. Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documenting and following up on customer cases. Basic computer literacy and comfort using phones, email, and customer tracking tools; willingness to learn new systems. High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer-facing experience in retail, service, or call center environments is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Beaumont, CA, and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
