We are seeking aSenior Program Leadwith strong subject matter expertise inTreasury, Cash Management, Deposits, and Core Banking. This is atechno-functional role with a strong focus on business and financial services knowledge, rather than a generic technical program management position. The ideal candidate should understand thecomplete cash management lifecycle, including where the process begins and ends, how deposits and funds move through the ecosystem, and how various banking products and platforms interact. The candidate will guide technology and business teams in integrating and modernizing financial products and services within an enterprise banking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex programs involving Treasury, Cash Management, Deposits, and Core Banking products.
Provide subject matter expertise on the end-to-end cash management lifecycle and banking processes.
Understand business processes, product workflows, dependencies, and integration points across financial services platforms.
Work with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams to define integration requirements and solutions.
Guide teams on how banking products and services should integrate with core banking and enterprise platforms.
Translate business and functional requirements into clear technology and integration requirements.
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and process impacts across the end-to-end financial ecosystem.
Lead discussions around API, data, operational, and platform integrations from a business perspective.
Ensure integrations support business objectives, operational processes, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
Provide guidance during solution design, implementation, testing, production readiness, and post-production activities.
Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive decisions and resolve complex issues.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related domains.
Strong subject matter expertise in Treasury, Cash Management, Deposits, and Core Banking.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end cash management lifecycle/workflow.
Strong knowledge of banking products, financial institution operations, and money movement processes.
Experience working on banking product integration, platform modernization, or financial services transformation initiatives.
Strong techno-functional experience with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
Ability to guide technical teams on integration requirements without necessarily being a hands-on technical developer.
Strong experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineering, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with deposit products, treasury management, cash management platforms, or core banking systems.
Experience with banking APIs, integrations, data flows, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with payment or money movement ecosystems.
Experience with cloud-based or modern banking platforms.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification is a plus.
