About the role

Blue Rock Human Capital, LLC is seeking a President to lead a fast-growing components manufacturing division within an established construction and manufacturing group in California. The role requires end-to-end P&L ownership, strategic partnerships, and a path to significant equity interests. You will build and scale a sales organization, take new products from development to market, and oversee plant operations, capacity planning, automation, and safety.
