What you will do: Run DTF printing and heat press application, film through cure
Set up and run screen printing presses: screens, registration, ink mixing, flash and cure Run embroidery machines: digitize or load files, hoop, thread, monitor and finish Operate the laser engraver and the fiber engraver for metal, acrylic, wood, glass and coated blanks Prep and lay out production files, including gang sheets, in Illustrator or equivalent QA every job against the proof before it ships, and own the reprint if it is wrong Keep machines maintained, calibrated and stocked, and log consumable use Pack, label and stage orders for pickup and shipping

You talk to the owner every day You own your machines and your quality, not a queue somebody else set We buy the right tool rather than making you fight the wrong one
What we offer: Full-time hours with overtime available in busy season
Paid training on any of the machines you have not run before Room to grow into Print Production Lead as the floor grows Modern equipment, and a say in what we buy next Employee pricing on anything we make

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
