Smartsheet is seeking a Manager for People Systems Engineering (remote eligible) to lead the engineering team responsible for the employee technology ecosystem. You will shape the architecture, data strategy, and automation, driving a cohesive platform across Workday, Docebo, and Greenhouse. You will partner with Product to align roadmaps with business needs, champion API-first design, and advance AI-enabled workflows while improving reliability and security across the employee tech stack.
