About the role

Overview As Director, HR Operations you lead and execute a global, strategic HR operations agenda, combining hands-on execution with governance across policies, processes, and systems. You’ll partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions and improve the employee experience. This role focuses on modernization, governance, and operational excellence in a global, multi-site context. You’ll shape the HR technology roadmap and drive cross-functional improvements with impact. Compensation / Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid Time Offwell-being and development programs Responsibilities Develop and execute a global HR Operations strategy aligned with HR priorities Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation Improve and standardize HR processes across locations while accommodating local requirements Establish service standards, metrics, and governance for HR effectiveness Lead and mentor the HR Operations team and coordinate with HR Partners and other functions Drive HR technology strategy, governance, and system administration for HRIS and related platforms Manage HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations; work with IT and vendors on issues Translate business needs into scalable HR systems solutions; oversee testing and change management Develop workforce data analytics, reports, and dashboards to inform decisions Lead continuous improvement to automate processes and reduce manual work Ensure compliance, governance, audits, and regulatory reporting for HR operations Maintain HR data privacy, security, and retention controls Key requirements Eight+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on HR operations, HRIS, or HR shared services Experience leading HR Operations in a complex, global or multi-site environment Hands-on HRIS administration and system optimization experience Proven track record with HRIS implementations, integrations, and HR transformation initiatives Strong workforce reporting, analytics, and advanced Excel capabilities Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration experience Prior people leadership experience Experience collaborating with global HR teams Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Strong communication and relationship-management Analytical and problem-solving abilities Strategic thinking with hands-on executionHRIS administration and governanceHR technology platforms and system integrations Data governance, security, and privacy controls
