Salary: $125k Base + Bonus Potential, Incredible benefits Drive decisions across $150M+ in parcel spend We're hiring a Senior Logistics Manager with deep parcel expertise and advanced Excel skills to lead cost optimization, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making at scale. If you can identify where money is being lost-and fix it-you'll excel here. This is not an operations role. This is a high-impact, analytics-driven position where your ability to turn data into real financial savings will directly influence the business. What You'll Own Analyze complex parcel and transportation data to uncover cost-saving opportunities Own P&L analysis and forecasting tied to shipping and profitability Build models and dashboards using advanced Excel (must-have), SQL, Access, Power BITranslate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership Drive end-to-end reporting, performance tracking, and continuous optimization
