Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing all front desk activities with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Manage and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and telephone systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
