About the role
To respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints, the full-time remote Medical Contact Center Associate will manage adverse drug reaction reporting, execute drug safety data management processes, and support various assigned activities.
Key responsibilities:
Receive, record, and report adverse drug reactions via multiple communication channels
Execute drug safety data management processes, including call intake and case follow-up
Support various activities such as tracking information, quality control, and data reconciliation
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related area with 1-2 years of safety experience
BS/BA with 1-2 years of safety experience or equivalent relevant experience
Associate degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience or 2 years of safety experience
Non-degree candidates with 4-5 years of relevant experience or 2 years of safety experience will be considered
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, particularly in safety-related areas
