About the role
- Your job is new business. Find dealerships, meet decision-makers, demo the platform, and get agreements signed.
- You set your own schedule and build your own pipeline under a representative agreement. Prior sales or automotive experience is welcome, not required. We want people who will introduce themselves, explain the product clearly, follow up, and create their own opportunities.
- Compensation 100% commission — no base salary or hourly pay
- New-account commissions for enrolling qualifying dealers
- Recurring commissions on eligible dealer payments for up to 36 months, subject to the written commission plan
- Uncapped earnings — multiple-six-figure annual potential for highly productive reps
- After the sale, customer success owns the account so you can keep selling
- Actual earnings depend on production, dealer subscription revenue, retention, and the commission terms. Earnings are not guaranteed. We will walk through the plan and sample scenarios on the first call.
- Identify commercial truck dealerships and other dealers with commercial vehicle inventory
- Meet owners, GMs, and sales managers and learn how they market inventory
- Demo CommercialTruckSales.com, explain subscription options, and handle questions
- Close signed dealer agreements and hand off to customer success
- Build pipeline through in-person visits, referrals, industry contacts, calls, and follow-upFeed back what dealers want, what competitors offer, and where the platform can improve
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
