Role Description:
The Business Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, MA. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new referral sources, cultivating relationships with health care providers, and driving census growth for home care services. Daily activities include market analysis, outreach to hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, and participation in networking events to increase brand awareness. The role involves collaborating with clinical and operations teams to align service offerings with market needs, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on growth initiatives. The Business Growth Manager also contributes to strategic planning, supports marketing campaigns, and ensures all business development activities reflect the organization’s patient-centered values.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics to interpret market trends and performance data. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and external partners. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing opportunities in a health care or service environment. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor growth initiatives and outreach campaigns. Relevant experience in health care, home care, or related service industries is beneficial. Ability to build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations is preferred. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
