About the Job:
- We're hiring a dependable mobile diesel/fleet technician to perform on-site repairs and maintenance for commercial customers throughout the Fort Lauderdale/Pompano area.
- This is an independent field position for someone who can diagnose problems, work without constant supervision, and handle a variety of repairs in the field.
- If you're tired of flat-rate work, shop politics, or sitting in the same bay every day, this role offers variety, independence, and steady work.
- Typical Work Includes:
- Diagnostics and troubleshootingPM services and roadside repairs
- Brakes, no-starts, electrical, and general repairs
- Light, medium, and heavy-duty diesel/gas vehicles
- Customer communication and job documentation
- ScheduleFull-time with overtime opportunities
- Some Saturday work depending on workload
- Occasional after-hours calls
What We're Looking For:
- Strong mechanical experience (diesel preferred)
- Diagnostic ability and scan tool experience
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and professionalism
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must supply your own hand tools
- Bonus Experience
- Mobile repair or roadside service
- Fleet maintenanceASE certifications
- Spanish speaking
