About the role

Content Marketing Manager, LofiAbout Lofi Lofi is the AI platform that connects the entire paid media workflow end to end for multi-location brands and franchises. Instead of scattered tools, slow vendors, and creative based on gut feel, Lofi lets brands go from idea to live, localized campaign in under a minute, publish across 30+ ad channels with a single click, and optimize performance in real time, all with a single clear view of what’s actually working. We’re building the new way to run performant, localized ads. This role isn’t about filling a content calendar someone else planned. It’s about building Lofi’s voice from the ground up. You’ll own how the market hears about us and help define how marketers think about AI-driven local advertising.
The role: We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is a strong writer, a sharp strategist, and a hands-on creator. You’ll own Lofi’s content end to end, from LinkedIn and thought leadership to case studies, newsletters, and sales materials, and turn what we know about paid media into content that marketing leaders actually want to read. This is an IC role on a small, fast-moving team. You’ll work directly with the founders, our paid media experts, and sales, with real ownership over our brand and real influence over how Lofi grows.
Who you are: An exceptional writer who can make complex topics clear, specific, and interesting. You have a point of view and aren’t afraid to share it.A proactive doer who is full of ideas and takes ownership end to end. You don’t wait for a brief; you write one. Curious about marketing and advertising. You want to understand how franchise and multi-location brands think about local media, not just write about it. Data-minded. You track what’s working and double down on it. Excited to build. You’d rather shape the playbook than inherit one. Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and operates well with autonomy.
What you’ll do: Own Lofi’s content strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, the blog, newsletter, and email. Grow Lofi’s LinkedIn presence, for both the company page and the founders’ personal profiles, through posts, ghostwriting, and engagement. Write thought leadership on AI, paid media, and multi-location marketing that positions Lofi as the expert in the room. Turn client results into compelling case studies and customer stories. Create sales enablement content such as one-pagers, decks, and email copy in partnership with the GTM team. Use AI tools to research, draft, and repurpose content at scale while keeping the quality and voice high. Measure performance across channels and report on what drives engagement, followers, and pipeline. What we’re looking for3–5 years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, martech, adtech, or at a marketing agency. A portfolio of writing that shows range, clarity, and a strong voice. Demonstrated success growing a brand or executive presence on LinkedIn. Familiarity with paid media, performance marketing, or franchising is a strong plus. Experience using AI tools in your content workflow. Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Webflow or another CMS, and basic analytics. Location NYC preferred; remote considered for the right person. Compensation$95,000–$125,000 annually for NYC-based hires, depending on experience. Compensation for remote hires will be adjusted based on location. Open to contract arrangements.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
