Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary $70 - $80 per hour.A Bit About UsPrestige Hospital System, placed #1 in California in a broad assessment of excellence in hospital-based patient care.If you are passionate, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the planning, implementation, and delivery of revenue cycle projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.Apply Soarian Financial expertise to streamline revenue cycle processes, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, and liaise with them throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project goals are met.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and implement contingency plans when necessary.Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an asset.A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Tech Services industry.Proven experience with Soarian Financial or equivalent software.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and financial processes.Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in project management software tools.PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
