Customs Brokerage Manager | Fife, WA (Hybrid)Lead a High-Performing Customs Brokerage Team with a Global Logistics Leader Global transportation leader seeking experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, lead and develop a team of customs professionals, and drive process excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Schedule: Hybrid (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote)Competitive Salary Plus Bonus!$$$What We're Looking For✔ 5+ years of Customs Brokerage import experience✔ 3+ years of leadership experience within a Customs Brokerage environment✔ Customs Broker License (CHB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) required✔ Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage operations✔ Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs✔ Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results What You'll Do✅ Lead, coach, and develop Customs Brokerage team members✅ Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities✅ Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency✅ Manage workload distribution, training, and performance reviews✅ Resolve operational issues while maintaining exceptional customer relationships✅ Partner with leadership to improve processes and drive continuous improvement
