We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton. As a Cage Cashier, you'll safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You'll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Your responsibilities include: Balancing assigned bank drawers and maintaining accurate records Exchanging chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner Processing jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances Maintaining custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records Assisting with clearing and resetting HHR machines Ensuring compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLsSupporting other cashiers and assisting the Cage Shift Manager as needed Performing all vault functions and balancing chip bank inventory What you'll bring to the role: High school diploma or equivalent Previous gaming or banking experience preferred Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy We require: Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremes Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive cash handling tasks Must be able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
