Job Duties and Responsibilities: As a Forklift Operator, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. This position will be tasked primarily with moving materials around our warehouse with a forklift, as well as placing pallets on wrapping machines to prepare them for transport.

Responsibilities include:

Operating Forklifts: Safely operate forklifts to transport and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Material Handling: Load and unload materials, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with safety standards.
Inventory Management: Assist with organizing, stacking, and tracking inventory to keep operations efficient.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, keeping both yourself and your team members safe.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking motivated individuals with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have:
Previous forklift experience and willingness to be re-certified.
A good level of physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).A solid work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
A team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate with others to meet goals.
