Qualified candidates have extensive experience in commercial title and survey review and will support complex real estate transactions. Responsibilities include closing management, title/survey review, document drafting of CC&Rs and HOA docs, licensing and permits, tax filings, due diligence, searches, legal filings, and post-closing support.
