About the role

Leading the development and execution of innovative pharmacy strategies, the full-time Principal Strategic Advisor will work remotely to enhance affordability, generate new revenue opportunities, and drive operational efficiency within the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities Proactively identify and execute innovative pharmacy strategies and programs to improve affordability and support enterprise growth objectives Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new pharmacy solutions and market opportunities Lead efforts to optimize existing pharmacy programs, enhancing clinical outcomes and operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Finance, Economics, or related fields, or 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or pharmacy strategy 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, consulting, strategy, or business development (preferred) Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing cost-of-care savings initiatives Experience in developing new healthcare or pharmacy products, programs, or services Strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills
