As a Financial Representative, you’ll help individuals and families improve their financial well-being while building your own book of business—with structured support, provided leads, and income stability as you get started.
What Makes This Role Different No large network required: You’ll receive up to 80 leads per day and marketing support to help you build your client base.
Own your Book of Business: From Day 1, you'll own your book of business!
Team Effort: A Managing Associate/Team Lead will help you close deals.

Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
Compensation Structure Activity-Based Stipend: Earn consistent income based on key activities
Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings tied to production milestones
Commission Potential: Unlimited income based on client solutions implemented
Long-Term Residual Income: Build a sustainable income stream over time through renewals
Training & Support Comprehensive onboarding program (no prior experience required)

Licensing support (where applicable)
Weekly coaching and development sessions
Earn required licensing (Life, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66)
