About the role
To support the onboarding process, the full-time remote Account Setup Coordinator will manage the accurate configuration and activation of client accounts within the company's proprietary system, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and client specifications.
Key responsibilities:
Set up and activate new client accounts and additional product configurations based on client needs
Configure sub-accounts and loan officer accounts with appropriate permissions and features
Coordinate with internal departments to validate access levels and ensure data accuracy
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience
Prior experience with account setup or data entry preferred
Experience in a technical or software-enabled environment is a plus
Demonstrated ability to learn and work within proprietary systems
