This pivotal role is dedicated to the integration of machine learning into real-world environments, with a primary focus on transforming disparate data, models, and processes into cohesive systems that ensure consistent, high-quality decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end decision systems that seamlessly fit into various workflows, from clinical to financial, and will be instrumental in driving the transition from standalone analytics to production-grade, workflow-integrated tools. A key aspect of the position is the ability to deliver measurable outcomes, improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance, and to influence senior stakeholders in the adoption of decision-making frameworks. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data science, applied AI/ML, or analytics leadership, with a proven track record in operationalizing machine learning. Deep technical expertise in machine learning, data modeling, and system architecture is essential, as is experience in integrating models into production environments. A background in healthcare or other complex, data-rich industries, particularly with exposure to clinical or claims data and decision support workflows, is highly valued.
